Cultivating vibrant communities
guided by competent, hope filled leaders.

A LeadTransformed semester is a small group of 4 to 8 people meeting once a week for an hour for five weeks.  We have found that real growth and change happen when we learn in a group environment with mutual commitment and accountability and that while leadership material is the basis of our learning, a process of application is what is necessary.

We review solid leadership principles and identify where we will make real application to our lives, whether that be in our personal or professional life.

Placing yourself in a PROCESS is key to real growth and change!  Our process will not only give you timeless, proven leadership principles but highlight real application through group accountability and specific, measurable next steps.
